Supports food regulatory compliance for raw materials and finished products under U.S. and Canadian requirements. Prepares specifications, nutrition and ingredient declarations, labels, certification documentation, customer questionnaires, and recall records. Maintains regulatory databases, interprets changing regulations, reviews supplier documentation, supports audits, and collaborates with QA, Sales, R&D, customers, and Production on compliance and process improvements.
