Maintains regulatory data, prepares specifications and nutrition and ingredient labeling, creates label templates, reviews packaging artwork, manages certification documentation, supports audits and recalls, completes customer questionnaires, and interprets changing regulations and standards. Collaborates with Sales, R&D, Quality Assurance, Production, suppliers, and customers.
