Responsible for accounting and financial reporting for two Italian entities, including monthly close, US GAAP and statutory accounts, tax filings, reconciliations, journal entries, SOX controls, audits, and variance analysis. The role also supports management on financial, tax, and legal matters and leads finance process and control improvements.

Leads innovation strategy, product and process development, commercialization, scale-up, and technology transfer for reactive, silicone, and MS/STP adhesive platforms. Develops technology roadmaps, manages complex R&D programs, supports key customer projects, builds intellectual property, mentors technical staff, and ensures safety and quality compliance. Requires extensive adhesive technology expertise, scientific leadership, project management, and cross-functional collaboration.

The Sourcing Analyst supports global strategic sourcing through raw-material price forecasting, chemical and economic market analysis, supplier development, risk assessment, negotiation, and cost-saving initiatives. The role collaborates with production, R&D, finance, operations, supply chain, and external suppliers to align specifications, timelines, logistics, and quality requirements. It is a salaried hybrid position based at H.B. Fuller’s headquarters in Vadnais Heights, Minnesota.
