Manage national accounts and a $5M–$15M portfolio, lead pricing negotiations, develop custom adhesive solutions with R&D and technical teams, maintain pipeline in Salesforce, and travel regularly (up to 50%) to meet revenue targets.

Lead regional business development for Engineering Adhesives across Bus, Truck, RV, Rail and Marine in ANZ. Prospect and manage channel partners and key accounts, capture VOC to drive product and pricing strategy, deliver sales and marketing plans, train partners, manage forecasts and CRM records, and meet revenue and profit targets while coordinating with global supply chain, sales and marketing stakeholders.

The Site Process/Controls Engineer will lead process improvement initiatives to enhance manufacturing productivity, improve quality, and support automation projects within the facility.
