The Marketing Specialist I will manage regional marketing communications for H.B. Fuller's Hygiene segment, focusing on event support, content creation, digital marketing, and campaign management.

Support site-level environmental, health, and safety programs at a chemical manufacturing facility. Implement policies, conduct incident and near-miss investigations, perform hazard assessments, manage hazardous waste, support air/water/spill prevention, deliver EHS training, track/report safety metrics, and participate in emergency response planning and safety committees.

Optimize manufacturing performance across bulk production, material handling, and packaging by applying data-driven analysis, SPC, and Lean Six Sigma. Lead root-cause investigations, troubleshoot equipment/process issues, support capital projects and startup, participate in PSM activities, develop SOPs, and train operators to improve throughput, yield, OEE, reliability, and safety.
