Leads Hazen’s enterprise AI strategy, roadmap, governance, adoption, and implementation across engineering and corporate functions. Builds and manages an AI team, prioritizes use cases, oversees enterprise platforms and custom AI solutions, establishes responsible-use standards, and partners with IT, cybersecurity, Legal, and business leaders. Drives training and change management while ensuring data security, professional accountability, and regulatory compliance.

Coordinates proposal development and marketing communications for an engineering firm. Responsibilities include facilitating strategy meetings, drafting proposal narratives, cover letters, resumes, and project descriptions, creating storyboards and layouts, developing presentations and infographics, distributing action items, tracking deadlines, and maintaining proposal systems. The role requires strong writing, editing, research, organization, communication, and design skills, with proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and Microsoft Office.

Lead municipal water, wastewater, and reclaimed-water facility planning, design, and construction projects in Central Ohio. Manage project teams, coordinate with clients, mentor engineers, prepare technical reports and construction documents, perform design calculations, size and select equipment, and support construction management and commissioning. The role also involves fieldwork, site visits, client development, proposal support, and coordination across regional project teams.
