Teams at Hazelcast

Design, implement and evolve core components of a Java-based distributed runtime: cluster services, distributed data structures and execution engines. Work on partitioning, replication, coordination and recovery, write reliable low-latency production code, contribute to architecture, reviews and mentoring.

Drive revenue in an assigned region by developing territory plans, prospecting, qualifying and closing enterprise software deals, managing pipeline in Salesforce, securing renewals and expansions, and collaborating with marketing and sales teams to meet quota.

Provides on-site technical account management for an enterprise Hazelcast deployment. Responsibilities include resolving escalated incidents, leading root-cause analysis, coordinating OEM support, validating high-availability designs, managing production changes, advising on security hardening, tuning performance, capacity planning, maintaining documentation, and guiding support teams. The role requires strong stakeholder communication and at least five years of Hazelcast or directly relevant OEM experience.
