Perform mechanical design and analysis for rotating equipment across all project phases. Create manufacturing drawings, calculations, test plans, and reports. Support installation, commissioning, contract manufacturing, testing, and sales engineering as needed. Apply FEA and stress analysis, follow applicable codes, and drive continuous improvement and training initiatives.

Manage lifecycle of customer and subcontract agreements (CPFF, FFP, T&M) for a pump and motor manufacturer serving nuclear and government-funded projects. Ensure regulatory and federal contract compliance, support audits, coordinate cross-functionally, assist billing and cost tracking, identify contractual risks, and support contract closeout activities.

Manage customer interface and execution of engineered product contracts. Define scope, set milestones, coordinate cross-functional teams, track schedule/cost/risk, prepare forecasts and reports, ensure timely shipping and contract closeout, and support quoting and post-shipment reviews.
