Lead engineering for new unit design of rotating equipment (pumps, motors, vessels, heat exchangers). Manage design activities, risk mitigation, material selection, compliance to codes, schedules, and reporting. Supervise and develop 1–6 engineers, perform calculations and design validation, support manufacturing, quality, sales, and service, and drive continuous improvement in tools and processes.

Lead non-supervisory mechanical design and FEA for new-unit development of industrial rotating machinery. Translate specs to designs, run FEA (stress, frequency, thermal, seismic), produce reports, author contract drawings/documents, support manufacturing, testing, customer/vendor interfaces, and mentor peers while ensuring code compliance and meeting schedules.

Lead and maintain the nuclear Quality Program at the Vermont site, ensuring NRC and ASME B&PV Code compliance. Supervise QA/QC inspectors, manage audits, vendor qualifications, inspections (destructive and NDE), and drive continuous improvement to deliver quality products and regulatory conformity.
