Oversees finance and accounting operations, including reconciliations, budgeting, cash-flow monitoring, month-end close, financial reporting, audits, fund and grant accounting, and governmental compliance. Supervises fiscal staff, reviews transactions and internal controls, prepares budgets and reports, resolves discrepancies, and ensures accurate cash management and account classification.

The Chief Development Officer leads fundraising, major gifts, grants, capital campaigns, donor cultivation, volunteer engagement, communications, media relations, and community partnerships. This executive develops short- and long-term fundraising strategies, manages development programs and staff, supports board and volunteer leadership, oversees grant compliance, and contributes to organizational strategy and sustainability.
