Supervises and trains mental health clinicians, ensuring compliance with California licensing and regulatory standards. Reviews assessments, treatment plans, care coordination, and documentation; supports intake, treatment, discharge, and quality assurance processes. Collaborates with program staff and participates in a 24/7 clinical crisis intervention rotation. The role is in person and involves walking, lifting, driving, and possible restraint procedures.

Oversees accounting and finance operations, including reconciliations, cash flow management, budgeting, audits, fund and grant accounting, month-end closing, financial reporting, internal controls, and supervision of fiscal staff. The role prepares governmental reports, monitors budgets, resolves discrepancies, manages deposits and transfers, and supports annual audits and financial statement preparation.

Provides one-to-one supplemental academic support for students with special needs in home settings. Reviews educational records, develops individualized lesson plans, implements behavior-management strategies, tracks attendance and progress, maintains confidentiality, and collaborates with parents, therapists, and families on student treatment and educational plans. Requires a California special education teaching credential, preferably experience with IEP-based services, Microsoft Office and database skills, and completion of required background clearances.
