Configure, build, test, implement, maintain, and support the firm's Intapp Cloud environment (Intake, Conflicts/Open, Terms, Walls). Design and modify workflows/forms/approval routing, troubleshoot configuration and integration issues, manage release cycle and deployments, translate Risk & Compliance and legal requirements into technical configurations, maintain documentation, and provide escalated support and coordination with partners and internal engineering teams.

Support a multi-office IP group by reviewing correspondence, docketing and de-docketing deadlines, creating and verifying docket records, maintaining deadlines per U.S. and foreign law, checking USPTO/foreign PTO status, preparing docket reports, assisting with intakes/transfers, and supporting attorneys/paralegals on prosecution deadline verifications and special projects.

Provide full legal administrative support to attorneys: manage client/matter intake, billing, time and expense reports; draft, proofread, and process documents; maintain physical and electronic files; schedule meetings and maintain calendars; transcribe correspondence; prepare closing binders; handle mail; support other attorneys and summer associates; coordinate couriers and perform related office duties.
