Supervise manufacturing departments to produce high-quality window and door parts. Maintain safety, enforce policies, coach staff, perform quality and process audits, analyze productivity metrics, implement lean principles, eliminate process abnormalities, and conduct annual evaluations while supporting team development.

Perform assembly and glass handling tasks on a production line: grind and measure glass, load/unload machines, assemble window and door components, perform quality inspections, operate machinery and complete equipment changeovers, maintain a clean safe workspace, and assist with packaging and shipment per SOPs and safety procedures.

Develop and maintain dealer and customer relationships across Southern Minnesota to drive sales of windows and doors. Qualify prospects, perform product demonstrations and plan takeoffs, prepare estimates, manage CRM data, negotiate pricing, attend trade shows, and meet sales targets while traveling frequently within the assigned territory.
