Supervise manufacturing departments to produce high-quality window and door parts. Maintain safety, enforce policies, coach staff, perform quality and process audits, analyze productivity metrics, implement lean principles, eliminate process abnormalities, and conduct annual evaluations while supporting team development.

Develop and maintain dealer and customer relationships across Southern Minnesota to drive sales of windows and doors. Qualify prospects, perform product demonstrations and plan takeoffs, prepare estimates, manage CRM data, negotiate pricing, attend trade shows, and meet sales targets while traveling frequently within the assigned territory.

Outside Sales Representative responsible for developing and maintaining dealer and customer relationships across Southern Minnesota, driving sales growth, performing product demonstrations, conducting plan takeoffs and cost estimates, maintaining CRM data, negotiating pricing, and attending industry events. Frequent travel within territory and occasional overnight stays required.
