Leads enterprise-wide Human Resources, Talent Acquisition, and Learning & Development strategy for a growing multistate construction organization. Advises executive leadership on workforce planning, organizational design, leadership development, talent pipelines, succession planning, HR operations, compliance, performance management, and employee engagement. Builds scalable people processes, develops departmental leaders, manages budgets, drives organizational transformation, and partners with field and corporate teams across active construction environments.

Provides high-level administrative support to executive leadership by managing schedules, arranging travel, preparing reports and correspondence, coordinating meetings, conducting research, organizing records, handling communications, and recording meeting minutes. Requires strong organization, communication, time management, follow-up, discretion, and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.

Leads complex proposal pursuits, developing strategy, win themes, compelling content, qualifications packages, presentations, and marketing materials. Coordinates cross-functional teams, manages deadlines and procurement submissions, conducts research, supports interviews, and ensures quality and branding consistency. Provides mentorship to proposal staff, maintains content libraries and CRM data, supports business development, and drives process improvements. Requires strong writing, editing, organizational, communication, and A/E/C industry knowledge.
