Manages inventory planning, demand forecasting, procurement, purchase orders, supplier relationships, freight negotiations, and warehouse replenishment. Monitors inventory turns, product shelf life, fill rates, transportation costs, and delivery schedules across multiple warehouses. Analyzes sales and supply chain data, maintains ERP records, resolves disruptions, audits freight invoices, and communicates with internal teams, suppliers, accounting, and management to support accurate and timely fulfillment.

Coordinates product administration, inventory, purchasing, freight, pricing, account data, and logistics support. Reviews operational and supply chain data, audits freight invoices, maintains system and chain-store information, creates purchase orders, monitors inventory and replenishment needs, prepares reports, supports forecasting, and helps resolve fulfillment or supply disruptions. The role also identifies process improvements and assists with accounting-related tasks while coordinating across sales, retail accounts, warehouses, transportation, and internal teams.

Provides broad HR support across recruiting, onboarding, employee relations, performance management, compensation and benefits, training, personnel records, compliance, and HR program administration. Advises employees and managers, supports performance processes, maintains confidential documentation, assists with organizational initiatives, and ensures compliance with employment and safety regulations. The role also provides general office administration and escalates complex matters to the Director of Human Resources.
