Establish standards across AWS, Kubernetes, Terraform, GitOps, CI/CD, and secure device-to-cloud communication as the company scales.

Leads end-to-end hardware program delivery from early R&D and proof-of-concept development through NPI and mass production. Partners with engineering, product, growth, suppliers, and executives to define requirements, manage phase gates, integrate edge AI and on-vehicle systems, mitigate supply chain and reliability risks, and ensure timely, high-quality product launches.

Leads end-to-end quality for embedded software releases through manual and automated testing, release planning, regression management, defect triage, quality gates, and post-release validation. Builds Python automation frameworks, validates embedded devices and sensor-driven systems, investigates root causes, monitors quality metrics, and supports reliable field deployments. Collaborates with engineering and product teams while mentoring junior engineers and improving QA processes.
