Partners with the CEO and executive team to shape corporate strategy and operationalize priorities across the organization. Leads market and competitive analysis, annual strategy, KPI monitoring, executive meeting cadence, board and investor preparation, and cross-functional initiatives. Acts as connective tissue across Product, Sales, Engineering, Operations, Government Affairs, and Finance while managing ambiguous, sensitive projects and ensuring leadership alignment and follow-through.

Lead electrical design and delivery of automotive-grade Edge AI computers and cameras from concept to production. Manage and mentor EE team, drive cross-functional collaboration, prototype and validate hardware, develop test plans, ensure regulatory compliance, partner with vendors and contract manufacturers, and keep projects on time and budget. Requires onsite presence in San Francisco.

Lead end-to-end perception projects from design to production, define technical approaches, mentor engineers, set engineering quality standards, and collaborate with Platform and Product to scale models across cloud and edge using MLOps pipelines.
