Support month-end closing, balance sheet reconciliations, intercompany settlements, tax filings (GST, withholding), cashflow and working capital monitoring, prepare SG&A analysis and reports, assist audits, manage banking instruments (LCs/BGs), and respond to finance queries using Excel and ERP tools.

Support sales with tender design and specifications: produce floor plans, drawings, bills of quantities, cost estimates, renderings, and presentation materials; liaise with factories and suppliers; manage archives and reporting; and coach junior bid/design staff to finalize timely, accurate tender submissions.

Develop and revise product designs using CREO CAD, ensuring form, fit, function, manufacturability, and usability. Produce technical documentation, collaborate with engineering, manufacturing, and suppliers, support prototypes and validation, and manage bills of materials and change orders to meet project schedules.
