Support sales with tender design and specifications: produce floor plans, drawings, bills of quantities, cost estimates, renderings, and presentation materials; liaise with factories and suppliers; manage archives and reporting; and coach junior bid/design staff to finalize timely, accurate tender submissions.

Manage and maintain a premium showroom, coordinate client visits and local marketing events, support sales presentations and A&D engagement, oversee vendors and vendor contracts, handle showroom administration and staff, update stakeholder database, and deliver hospitality-centric customer experiences. Requires 3–5 years client-facing event/marketing experience and flexible hours for social functions and client meetings.

Develop, enhance, and support ERP (IFS) solutions: design and optimize PL/SQL queries, procedures, and packages; build integrations via web services; create reports; perform error analysis and user support; collaborate with stakeholders on system standardization across manufacturing, finance, logistics, warehouse, and HR.
