Support month-end closing, balance sheet reconciliations, intercompany settlements, tax filings (GST, withholding), cashflow and working capital monitoring, prepare SG&A analysis and reports, assist audits, manage banking instruments (LCs/BGs), and respond to finance queries using Excel and ERP tools.

Support sales with tender design and specifications: produce floor plans, drawings, bills of quantities, cost estimates, renderings, and presentation materials; liaise with factories and suppliers; manage archives and reporting; and coach junior bid/design staff to finalize timely, accurate tender submissions.

Manage and grow assigned accounts by meeting sales quotas and gross profit targets, securing and managing service contracts, expanding product/service portfolios, generating leads, ensuring order accuracy, coordinating installations, and maintaining strong customer relationships.
