Manage all electrical aspects of new residential and commercial pool construction: plan scopes, review blueprints, supervise installations and crews, ensure NEC and local code compliance, perform inspections and testing, troubleshoot systems, coordinate permitting, and maintain project documentation and reports.

Entry-level role training candidates in residential skilled trades (HVAC, plumbing, electrical, pool equipment, or home service sales). Deliver excellent customer service, learn technical skills through hands-on and classroom training, follow mentorship, maintain professionalism, and work reliably in customers' homes.
