Responsibilities include trial preparation, legal and factual research, drafting briefs and memos, client interviews, and attending depositions, hearings, and mediations. Ideal candidate has 2–4 years defense litigation experience, strong academics, active bar license, excellent writing and analytical skills, and a client-focused, self-starting mentality.
