Design and develop next-generation cloud video review solutions using modern C++. Build multithreaded, performance-optimized systems, integrate video hardware and networking protocols, and support audio/video processing. Collaborate with product teams and customers, contribute to architecture and technical decisions, participate in live-event field testing and deployments, and mentor or line-manage engineers while championing code quality.

Monitor and validate live sports data before, during, and after events. Investigate and resolve data anomalies using Hawk-Eye tools, process and export data, prepare post-match reports, and identify improvements to data quality and operational efficiency. The role requires flexible availability across daytime, evening, weekend, and event-based shifts, plus strong communication, technical aptitude, English fluency, and an interest in football, baseball, and basketball.

Owns software architecture and computer vision direction for Hawk-Eye’s tracking and automated officiating systems. Leads camera calibration, ball and skeletal tracking, ML integration, and R&D across sports and deployment environments. Evaluates modern AI development tooling, oversees ML training and synthetic data infrastructure, mentors technical leaders, supports hiring, and serves as an escalation point for high-risk live delivery issues. The role is an individual contributor focused on technical authority rather than people, project, or product management.
