Lead capital projects and engineering for CPG and agricultural processing facilities, managing contractors, utilities, packaging/processing line optimization, compliance with food safety and regulatory standards, budgeting, and continuous improvement to improve throughput, OEE, and reliability.

Provide friendly customer service and order entry support: answer phone/email inquiries, process orders and invoices (including EDI), post batches in Great Plains, maintain physical and electronic files, perform clerical tasks, and assist Sales, Accounting, Warehouse and other departments as needed.

The FSQA Supervisor manages QA programs ensuring compliance with food safety standards, conducts inspections, leads teams, and supports continuous improvement initiatives.
