Sells consumer products to established and prospective accounts, secures orders, presents promotions, maintains customer relationships, and monitors marketplace activity. The representative also stocks and merchandises products, sets up displays, manages inventory, conducts retail surveys, maintains sales records, and submits activity reports. The role requires store visits, occasional special deliveries, independent route management, and possible travel to neighboring Hawaiian islands.

Supports procurement through spending and supplier data analysis, Excel reporting, purchase order processing, vendor onboarding, compliance monitoring, procurement metric tracking, record reconciliation, sourcing research, and management documentation. The role also contributes to cost-saving efforts and continuous procurement process improvement while collaborating with internal stakeholders and suppliers.

Provides customer service and inside sales support by answering calls, assisting customers and internal teams, entering orders, processing invoices, completing EDI transactions, posting accounting batches, and maintaining records. Performs clerical and administrative tasks, communicates with coworkers and vendors, supports other departments as needed, and maintains an organized, safe workspace.
