Creates and manages social media, website, email, and internal communications content; designs print and digital marketing assets; leads marketing projects; supports branding and community engagement; and analyzes campaign performance to recommend improvements.

Provides comprehensive primary care across the lifespan, including diagnosis, treatment, preventive care, chronic disease management, referrals, health education, and follow-up. Collaborates with multidisciplinary teams, documents care in the EHR, supports care coordination, supervises learners, and participates in quality improvement, peer review, compliance, and community health initiatives. The role has no inpatient coverage, hospital admissions, admitting privileges, or obstetrical deliveries.

Leads nursing team operations, supervises and mentors staff, supports quality improvement and regulatory compliance, collaborates with providers, and promotes efficient patient-centered care. Provides hands-on clinical care and care coordination when needed.
