Teams at Havtech LLC

Develops hydronics sales opportunities and customer relationships with contractors, consulting engineers, architects, and building owners. Performs equipment selection, project take-offs, pricing, proposals, negotiations, account planning, forecasting, and solution development for hydronic and steam HVAC systems. Coordinates with engineering partners and consulting engineers, reviews project requirements, and transitions awarded projects to operations.

Drives revenue growth by selling building automation, HVAC controls, remote monitoring, cloud analytics, AI optimization, and service solutions. Develops customer relationships, manages accounts, leads consultative sales engagements, creates ROI-focused proposals, and pursues upgrades, retrofits, and platform migrations. Collaborates with engineering, operations, project management, and leadership to deliver aligned solutions. Provides strategic guidance on building performance, energy efficiency, predictive maintenance, and intelligent building technologies while supporting forecasting and pipeline reporting.

Plans and executes internal and external events for 10–200 attendees, managing objectives, logistics, budgets, venues, vendors, communications, registration, travel, and attendee experiences. Partners with executives, sales, marketing, and external organizations; tracks event performance and feedback; coordinates meetings, employee events, conferences, networking functions, and leadership programs. Represents the company at industry events and travels as needed to support execution.
