Lead the maturation of an unmanned aircraft system from prototype to fieldable production platform. Design and fabricate airframes, mechanisms, mounts, enclosures, and payload interfaces; integrate propulsion, avionics, sensors, communications, and payloads; create CAD designs and drawings; build test fixtures; conduct bench, ground, environmental, and flight testing; diagnose failures; and rapidly redesign hardware based on test results.
