Manage the full operation of a 204-home manufactured housing community, including budgeting, financial performance, collections, leasing, occupancy, resident approvals, vendor relationships, capital projects, safety, and curb appeal. Lead a small on-site team, resolve resident issues, oversee contractors, and maintain compliance with state law and Fair Housing standards. This is an on-site leadership role requiring daily community oversight, difficult financial conversations, and occasional physical work.

Support day-to-day community operations by handling resident relations, collections, leasing support, and work order management. Assist the Community Manager with billing, move-ins, lease renewals, event planning, and ensuring maintenance requests are resolved. Serve as a visible, approachable presence for residents and help maintain community standards while learning property management.

Supports community operations through resident relations, rent collections, legal notices, leasing and move-in coordination, work order management, and community events. The role serves as a key resident contact, maintains accurate records, ensures maintenance requests are resolved promptly, and partners with the Community Manager on daily operations. Occasional annual or semi-annual travel may be required.
