Support the Community Manager by handling resident relations, planning events, coordinating move-ins and leasing paperwork, managing rent collection and legal notices in compliance with regulations, and overseeing maintenance work orders to ensure timely resolution and resident satisfaction.

Lead daily operations of a manufactured-home community: manage and coach staff, drive occupancy and sales, oversee finances and collections, ensure regulatory compliance and resident satisfaction, maintain property curb appeal and capital projects.
