The role requires building a high-performing team, ensuring regulatory adherence, maintaining community standards, resolving resident issues, and achieving operational and financial targets.

Generate high-volume leads by creating compelling listings (photos + copy), posting daily on Facebook Marketplace and ILS platforms, responding quickly to inbound inquiries, qualifying prospects, handing off qualified appointments to Sales & Leasing Agents, and tracking lead sources, response times, and outcomes in the CRM to meet a 500+ leads/month target.
