Support the Community Manager by handling resident relations, events, rent collection, legal notices, move-ins, lease paperwork, and maintenance coordination. Serve as primary resident contact, ensure timely work-order completion, assist sales and leasing, and maintain compliance with state and Fair Housing standards.

Support community operations through resident relations, collections, leasing support, and work order management. Assist Community Manager with move-ins, lease renewals, billing, legal notices, and community events while maintaining records and timely maintenance resolution.

Generate and qualify high-volume leads for manufactured home communities by creating compelling listings, posting daily on Marketplace/ILS platforms, responding rapidly, tracking activity in CRM, and handing off prepared appointments to Sales & Leasing Agents.
