Teams at Havenly

Lead end-to-end sourcing for upholstered furniture, including supplier strategy, manufacturer onboarding, RFPs, contract and price negotiation, BOM cost analysis, material planning, packaging procurement, and vendor performance. Partner with design, product, operations, and finance to deliver products on schedule while optimizing margins, quality, sustainability, and logistics. Use AI tools for supplier discovery, sourcing automation, cost modeling, commodity tracking, and analytics. Manage mill partnerships, inventory records, samples, swatches, and factory relationships.

Supports the CEO through complex calendar and inbox management, communication triage, travel planning, and special projects. Oversees Denver office operations, vendors, supplies, onboarding logistics, team lunches, events, and workplace culture. Builds scalable operational systems, improves workflows, and integrates AI tools into daily processes. The role is full-time and in-person five days per week at the Denver headquarters.

Own an end-to-end product surface across Havenly’s design services or ecommerce brands, including roadmap, success metrics, prioritization, and releases. Partner with engineering, design, supply chain, marketing, executives, and product leadership to drive alignment and measurable business impact. Use quantitative and qualitative insights to shape strategy, navigate ambiguity, improve conversion and customer experiences, and mentor other product managers. The role is onsite in Denver and focuses on AI-enabled consumer products.
