Lead and coach the bar team to deliver excellent guest experiences while managing scheduling, budgets, cellar inventory, health and safety, and day-to-day operations. Be hands-on resolving issues, maintaining company standards, mentoring staff, and driving service improvements and operational efficiency.

Lead and develop the grounds and siting team to maintain high standards of guest-facing grounds maintenance and caravan siting. Manage scheduling, budgets, resources, safety compliance, performance, training, and daily problem-solving to ensure excellent guest experience and operational efficiency.
