Leads comprehensive internal and external communications, media relations, branding, digital content, public relations, community outreach, crisis communications, advocacy campaigns, and major events. Advises executive leadership, serves as spokesperson, manages communications staff, strengthens community partnerships, supports fundraising communications, and oversees consistent organizational messaging across channels.

Provides armed security coverage for Haven for Hope through foot and vehicle patrols, property checks, incident response, hazard reporting, conflict management, and documentation. The officer interacts with clients, identifies crises, supports access to partner services, and coordinates with service providers and law enforcement. Duties require flexible shifts, accurate reporting, client safety support, and completion of required safety and crisis-related training.
