Serve as HR business partner for an assigned multi-shift client group, managing full employee lifecycle: employee relations and investigations, full-cycle recruiting and onboarding, leave administration, training delivery, performance management, HRIS/HR operations, compliance, reporting, and offboarding. Provide coaching to managers, support engagement and retention, and maintain audit-ready records for a 24/7/365 mission-driven organization.
