Lead and execute sales strategy for Havells motors and switchgear: drive revenue, mentor sales team, grow distributor relationships, identify new market opportunities, analyze sales data, collaborate with marketing, and ensure high stocking and billing efficiency.

Manage finished-goods stores and dispatch operations, ensure inventory is stored per WMS and receipts/issuances follow SAP and PO/invoice terms, coordinate timely vehicle unloading and dispatches, route materials to RM store after QC, issue materials to plant per demand, and supervise and motivate a team of 100+ staff.

Drive regional sales and distribution targets by developing business plans, appointing and managing distributors, monitoring financials, coordinating supply chain and marketing, leading and motivating sales teams, and executing product launch strategies.
