Develop digital strategies for existing clients and new business proposals. Lead discovery workshops, translate business and customer objectives into feasible recommendations, create roadmaps and business cases, and connect strategy with experience design and technology. The role also involves consultative selling, proposal writing, thought leadership, stakeholder engagement, and exploring how data, AI, and emerging technologies can improve client outcomes.

Lead a portfolio of client accounts delivering earned-media-first integrated communications. Provide senior strategic counsel, build senior client relationships, identify growth opportunities, oversee account performance (quality, finances, resourcing), mentor team members, drive new business, and champion agency culture and leadership within a fast-paced agency environment.

Support account teams with media and influencer outreach, research, coverage tracking, and event logistics. Produce social/competitive intel, draft client communications and press materials, build media lists, assist reporting and pitching, and contribute to brainstorms and agency programs.
