Analyze large datasets, develop and improve KPIs, validate data quality, and deliver reporting and insights to internal and external stakeholders. The role involves SQL-based analysis, data modeling, BI visualization collaboration, automation, AI tool adoption, process improvement, and presenting findings in English and Spanish. The analyst will collaborate globally with finance, operations, account management, IT, BI developers, and data teams.

Leads agency-wide project coordination across a portfolio of brands, managing junior project managers and routing work through established workflows. Oversees planning, resourcing, estimates, budgets, timelines, scope, and quality. Partners with creative, account, brand, and agency leadership on major initiatives, including campaigns and app development. Maintains clear communication, supports collaboration, allocates resources, monitors project status, and ensures work is delivered efficiently and on budget.

Lead CA Sports' commercial growth by sourcing, qualifying and closing high-value sponsorship and partnership deals. Own the full sales cycle, build senior relationships, manage pipeline, coordinate cross-functional proposal development, represent the agency at industry events, and achieve ambitious revenue and new-business targets.
