The role requires strong English writing and communication, online community experience, content organization, and the ability to learn a technical industry quickly.

Creates on-brand visual content across social media, newsletters, blogs, sales materials, customer success resources, websites, product marketing, and trade shows. Maintains brand guidelines, templates, and asset libraries while producing presentations, PDFs, animations, web visuals, booth graphics, and marketing collateral. Collaborates with content, events, sales, customer success, and leadership teams to deliver high-quality design efficiently for a B2B SaaS company.

Design, build, and operate payment services for card processing, refunds, reconciliation, and processor integrations. Develop scalable Kotlin and Java Spring Boot APIs, optimize PostgreSQL schemas and SQL, and implement idempotency, retries, webhooks, audit trails, and reconciliation. Respond to payment incidents, conduct root cause analysis, collaborate cross-functionally, review architecture and code, and mentor engineers.
