Lead business analysis for a fundraising CRM implementation, partnering with Fundraising, Technology, vendors, and delivery teams. Responsibilities include stakeholder engagement, workshops, requirements gathering, current- and future-state process mapping, user stories, functional specifications, data migration and reporting requirements, testing, issue resolution, and change readiness. The role supports improved fundraising capabilities, donor experiences, and adoption of new processes and technology.

Designs end-to-end technology solutions supporting clinical and business needs. The role translates stakeholder requirements into secure, scalable architectures; provides technical leadership; maintains architecture roadmaps, standards, and governance; and supports system integration, innovation, and continuous improvement across healthcare technology projects.

Leads and develops the organization’s cyber security operations capability, including incident response, vulnerability management, monitoring, governance, risk, compliance, and continuous improvement. Manages security teams and external providers, supports technology and cloud projects, builds security awareness, tracks performance metrics, and contributes to the cyber security strategy and roadmap.
