Design and optimize systems, manage PostgreSQL and MongoDB, deploy on cloud (AWS/GCP/Azure) with Docker/Kubernetes, apply CI/CD, mentor engineers, and collaborate across teams.

The VP of Marketing will lead Hatch's marketing efforts, focusing on brand positioning, demand generation, customer growth, and team leadership in the AI SaaS sector for home services.
