Manage consulting portfolio performance, utilization, margins, forecasting, delivery risks, staffing, and workforce planning. Lead federal contracting operations and proposal capture across OASIS+, GWACs, GSA schedules, and agency IDIQs/MACs. Support task-order pursuits, contract compliance, pipeline visibility, senior-leader coordination, and relationships across the Washington, DC government contracting ecosystem.

Own and grow enterprise sales across Australia, New Zealand, and ASEAN government and commercial markets. Generate pipeline, acquire and expand accounts, protect renewals, manage partners, and lead complex sales cycles from prospecting through close. Conduct discovery and demonstrations, navigate procurement, maintain accurate Salesforce forecasting, and collaborate with legal, product, customer success, and leadership teams. The role requires strong territory strategy, partner management, executive communication, CRM discipline, and knowledge of mission-driven technology markets.

Design and maintain scalable ETL pipelines for structured and unstructured data, support DEA legacy-data migration, and implement data cleaning, validation, transformation, and integration processes. Monitor pipeline reliability and data quality, document mappings and workflows, and collaborate with analysts, data scientists, developers, and stakeholders. Support data preparation for analytics and AI/ML use cases within Agile development teams.
