Oversee daily BaaS operations, including fintech partner onboarding, transaction processing, funding, settlements, reconciliations, exception management, and money movement controls. Serve as an escalation point, ensure regulatory and audit readiness, maintain SOPs and control evidence, and coordinate with Finance, Risk, Compliance, Technology, and partners. Lead process improvements, automation, system enhancements, vendor implementations, and operational projects while communicating risks and performance metrics to leadership.
