The Product Manager will lead product development, enhance customer experience, manage the product backlog, and explore innovative marketing strategies in telematics.

Lead delivery of the car retention strategy to improve persistency and income by using insight, analysis and commercial judgement. Work cross-functionally with Pricing, Digital, Marketing, Underwriting and Operations to implement initiatives, monitor outcomes, define controls, and ensure customer fair outcomes. Drive rapid benefit delivery, stakeholder engagement, and maintain effective customer journeys and relevant training.

Provide commercial legal support across data, IT, claims and insurance intermediary areas: draft and negotiate contracts, review policy and partner terms, advise stakeholders, deliver training, and support contract governance for the Group.
