Leads end-to-end transformation initiatives within Motor Claims, coordinating cross-functional teams from concept and journey design through technical delivery and operational adoption. The role owns planning, governance, issue resolution, testing, stakeholder influence, business requirements, and success measures while using digital tools to improve customer and business outcomes in a regulated insurance environment.

Lead commercial execution for third-party claims, driving data-led trading improvements, managing supplier contracts and commercial performance, mitigating risk, and coaching junior team members to optimise indemnity spend.

Handle inbound customer calls during insurance policy renewals. Listen to customer needs, fact-find policy changes, answer questions, explain products and pricing, and recommend suitable insurance options. Provide accurate information, resolve concerns, and deliver positive customer outcomes while navigating internal software systems. The role includes a 12-week in-office training programme before transitioning to hybrid working.
