Owns end-to-end digital experimentation and conversion optimisation, including roadmap management, hypothesis development, test planning, stakeholder sign-off, measurement, analysis, and recommendations. The role uses qualitative and quantitative data, user research, web analytics, competitor insights, and A/B testing to improve ecommerce journeys, support new propositions and MVPs, and drive commercial performance.

Investigate and assess motor insurance claims involving contractual breaches, indemnity disputes, MIB claims, and selected high-value or peril-specific losses. Evaluate evidence, determine indemnification, pursue recoveries, communicate decisions empathetically, manage technically complex claims, use predictive analytics to identify riskier claims, and recommend process improvements while complying with legal and regulatory requirements.

Leads a team of risk analysts responsible for managing and optimizing the insurer’s telematics footprint. Identifies profitable growth opportunities, analyzes loss ratios and performance KPIs, develops underwriting risk controls, and makes portfolio recommendations. The role also requires strategic stakeholder engagement, team coaching, customer fairness oversight, and strong knowledge of insurance pricing, competitors, and underwriting principles.
