Full training is provided, with hybrid working after an initial office-based training period.

Leads business analysis and design across complex initiatives, from discovery and requirements through delivery and business readiness. The role involves facilitating workshops, documenting requirements, modelling processes, managing risks and dependencies, influencing senior stakeholders, and advising technology teams and third parties. It also provides leadership, coaching, and mentoring to Business Analysts at multiple levels while championing standards, quality assurance, Agile delivery, and continuous improvement across the BA community.

Support customers whose insurance policies are approaching renewal by handling inbound calls, understanding changes to their circumstances, answering questions, and recommending suitable products and pricing. The role requires active listening, fact-finding, accurate communication, problem-solving, and confident use of internal systems. New hires complete a 12-week office-based training programme before moving to hybrid work, subject to sign-off.
