Develop and support analytical and data products that improve insurance pricing, underwriting, and operational efficiency. Build automation for data, analytics, and operational processes using Python and SQL, collaborate with pricing, modelling, engineering, and product teams, and help internal users adopt analytical tooling. The role requires strong problem-solving, communication, accountability, and the ability to manage multiple workstreams.

Develop and optimize pricing recasting capabilities for high-speed scoring, back testing, and large-scale impact analysis. Build and validate Python automation and data pipelines, pricing logic, and model features; troubleshoot discrepancies with pricing and analytics teams; monitor performance and stability; onboard users; and create documentation and tutorials.

Design and maintain a scalable email design system, including reusable components, patterns, documentation, and responsive templates for CRM, lifecycle, promotional, service, and transactional communications. Ensure work aligns with brand standards, accessibility requirements, and email client constraints. Collaborate with stakeholders and cross-functional teams while applying Figma-based design system workflows and considering HTML email development and marketing automation platforms.
