The role requires independent problem-solving, ownership of delivered software, and effective collaboration in a fast-paced environment. This is a hybrid position based in Denver, Colorado, or Rockville, Maryland.

Manage full-cycle bookkeeping, including general ledger maintenance, payables, receivables, reconciliations, payroll support, and month-end close. Administer employee records, benefits, PTO, onboarding, terminations, and compensation updates. Maintain multi-state registrations, tax accounts, licenses, insurance records, and recurring compliance filings. Track job costs, support profitability reporting, and coordinate with the accountant, CFO, and external CPA.
