Supports the Brisbane studio by providing administrative and operational assistance to Principals and leadership, coordinating meetings, travel, events, and studio activities. Prepares presentations, reports, documents, submissions, bids, and project materials; assists with marketing and business development; coordinates monthly reporting; and contributes to broader business support initiatives. The role requires strong organization, document production, Microsoft Office and Adobe skills, graphic layout ability, and at least five years of experience.

Design and deliver architectural projects across concept design, development, documentation, and construction support. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams on health, education, workplace, civic, infrastructure, and aged-care projects. Contribute to sustainable, people-centered design outcomes while supporting projects through multiple stages and working toward professional registration.

Deliver and coordinate Revit documentation for major urban transport projects (rail/station environments). Collaborate in shared BIM models with architecture, interiors and engineering teams, coordinate structure/services/specialist infrastructure, and produce clear, accurate, buildable documentation to support delivery.
