Work directly with the founder and CEO to accelerate company growth. Responsibilities include building and managing operational processes, developing functions such as PeopleOps and SalesOps, leading strategic special projects, coordinating launches and events, supporting market expansion, and handling time-critical founder requests. The role requires strong analytical, communication, organizational, numerical, problem-solving, stakeholder-management, and execution skills in a fast-growing, in-person startup environment.

Build AI-powered enterprise solutions for customers using HASH. Partner with stakeholders to understand workflows and data, translate ambiguous business problems into technical plans, design and deploy systems, write production code, lead implementation and rollout, and advise customer teams. Work across knowledge graphs, structured and unstructured data, LLM workflows, and automation while collaborating with product, engineering, and research teams to develop repeatable solution patterns.

Own and evolve HASH’s Figma design system, translating user stories into journey maps, wireframes, prototypes, and production-ready interfaces. Design intuitive, accessible experiences for complex AI, simulation, and world-modeling products. Collaborate with UX researchers, engineers, AI scientists, and product managers; facilitate design critiques; validate flows with users; and ensure pixel-perfect implementation. Nice-to-have experience includes data-dense products, AI interactions, UX research, and real-time collaboration.
