Teams at HASH

Build AI-powered enterprise solutions for customers using HASH. Partner with stakeholders to understand workflows and data, translate ambiguous business problems into technical plans, design and deploy systems, write production code, lead implementation and rollout, and advise customer teams. Work across knowledge graphs, structured and unstructured data, LLM workflows, and automation while collaborating with product, engineering, and research teams to develop repeatable solution patterns.

Own and evolve HASH’s Figma design system, translating user stories into journey maps, wireframes, prototypes, and production-ready interfaces. Design intuitive, accessible experiences for complex AI, simulation, and world-modeling products. Collaborate with UX researchers, engineers, AI scientists, and product managers; facilitate design critiques; validate flows with users; and ensure pixel-perfect implementation. Nice-to-have experience includes data-dense products, AI interactions, UX research, and real-time collaboration.

Build and maintain production connectors between HASH and SaaS applications, enterprise services, databases, and customer APIs. Responsibilities include API reverse engineering, authentication, reliable full and incremental synchronization, webhooks, event streams, retries, backfills, two-way sync, schema mapping, provenance preservation, testing, observability, security, and documentation. The role collaborates with platform engineers, customers, and technical teams while contributing to open-source integration infrastructure and using AI-assisted development responsibly.
