Supports the Controller with monthly and year-end financial statements, reconciliations, journal entries, closing, accounts payable and receivable, budgeting, forecasting, reporting, variance analysis, cash flow, inventory accounting, fixed assets, internal controls, and process improvement. The role also collaborates with managers and external advisors while contributing to financial understanding and accountability across the business.

Provides confidential executive and personal support, including complex calendar and communications management, domestic and international travel coordination, meeting and event planning, expense reconciliation, stakeholder liaison duties, personal appointments and household services, records management, and office administration. The role also prepares executive materials, manages sensitive information, improves administrative procedures, and supports executive onboarding and special projects.
