Manage and improve enterprise pipeline GIS data, workflows, automation, applications, and analytical tools. Support pipeline integrity, engineering, compliance, regulatory reporting, data migrations, and system integrations using ArcGIS, PODS, and SQL technologies. Troubleshoot GIS systems, validate deliverables, recommend geospatial solutions, establish standards, and mentor GIS team members. The role requires extensive midstream pipeline GIS experience and up to 10% travel.

Administers and improves compensation and benefits programs, including salary planning, incentive and bonus programs, executive compensation, market pricing, job evaluations, benefits enrollment, audits, compliance, reporting, and employee communications. Partners with HR, Finance, leaders, vendors, and benefits providers to ensure competitive, equitable, accurate, and compliant total rewards programs. Supports mergers and acquisitions, compensation systems, and benefits issue resolution.

Provide engineering support to Midstream Operations, analyze operational problems, and coordinate with integrity management. Involve in project management and optimization of gas processing efficiencies.
