Supervises contract security personnel and ensures professional security and life safety services at an assigned facility. Duties include scheduling, overtime management, inspections, training, coaching, incident investigations, report writing, emergency response coordination, policy enforcement, customer assistance, and monitoring for suspicious or unsafe activity. The supervisor maintains a visible facility presence and recommends personnel actions while meeting client and contract requirements.

Duties include greeting and assisting visitors, monitoring entrances, conducting patrols, detecting suspicious activity, enforcing building policies, monitoring alarms, responding to emergencies, preventing unauthorized property removal, and preparing incident reports. Requires a security license or ability to obtain one, high school education, reliable transportation, communication skills, computer proficiency, and professional conduct.
