Manage projects for Engineered To Order products, ensuring cost, schedule adherence, and effective communication with customers and internal teams. Oversee project documentation, negotiations, and delivery timelines while ensuring compliance with electrical standards.

Supervise production and installation processes, manage day-to-day operations, implement maintenance protocols, and ensure safety compliance. Train and motivate employees, inspect products, and resolve work issues.
