Loads and unloads freight, equipment, enclosures, and buildings using forklifts, cranes, and rigging equipment. Determines load weights, verifies lifting capacities, prepares buildings for shipment, coordinates with shipping staff and heavy-haul providers, and supports material handling and manufacturing logistics. Maintains safe, organized work areas and may work extended hours, weekends, and with minimal supervision.

Support accounts payable and general accounting activities, including invoice processing, coding, payment processing, vendor record maintenance, statement reconciliation, discrepancy resolution, and payment follow-up. Assist with month-end close, accruals, prepaid expense tracking, account reconciliations, and financial reporting support while maintaining accurate, organized, and confidential records.

Supervise evening metal fabrication and installation operations, including scheduling, employee assignments, equipment maintenance, safety compliance, quality inspection, troubleshooting, and production improvement. The role manages employee performance, hiring and corrective actions, trains staff, interprets blueprints and work orders, coordinates with shop and engineering teams, and supports production activities as needed.
