Elicit, analyze, document, and prioritize business requirements for IT projects. Collaborate with stakeholders and technical architects to scope and design solutions, support procurement and implementation, participate in QA/UAT, produce models and specifications, develop standardized templates and prototypes, mentor staff, and continuously improve business analysis practices while providing onsite engagement and occasional after-hours support.

Perform and coordinate stem-cell biology experiments including manufacturing cortical tissue from multiple cell lines, genetic modifications, differentiation optimization, sample prep for single-cell transcriptomics, antibody validation, data processing, and limited training/maintenance tasks under minimal direction.

Lead and manage the Divinity School Library: oversee collections, staff, budget, preservation, services, partnerships, assessment, fundraising, and represent HDS within Harvard Library and external organizations.
