Conducts functional and structural MRI and behavioral research with participants ages 0–18. Responsibilities include administering psychometric assessments, recruiting and scheduling families, collecting and coding data, processing and analyzing results, preparing reports and manuscripts, supporting experiment design, and presenting findings. The role also includes research administration and potentially training staff or students. This is a one-year, 35-hour-per-week term position with possible extension.

Researches, reports, writes, and edits science-focused content including news stories, press releases, profiles, features, social media posts, newsletters, and donor reports. Translates complex artificial intelligence and neuroscience research for scientific and general audiences, develops story ideas, interviews researchers, fact-checks materials, manages social media channels, and collaborates with university communications teams.

Conduct routine mammalian cell culture and immunofluorescence microscopy experiments while assisting with CRISPR editing, advanced imaging, proteomics, and RNA sequencing studies. Maintain accurate experimental records, contribute to reports and publications, and support laboratory operations through reagent preparation, inventory management, ordering, and upkeep. The role includes training and oversight in cell biology, imaging, and genomics research focused on ciliary signaling and obesity.
