Analyzes requirements, develops compatible ERP solutions, delivers training, documents procedures, collaborates with IT and engineering teams, and recommends process improvements.

Leads business development, capture strategies, customer relationships, proposals, market analysis, sales pursuits, and forecasts across aerospace, defense, and general aviation markets. Identifies new customers and opportunities, develops value propositions, supports negotiations, and coordinates cross-functional teams through contract award. Requires significant domestic and international travel, technical sales expertise, aerospace or defense market knowledge, and at least five years of relevant experience.
