Lead Athletic Communications operations, ensure NCAA and conference compliance for stats and reporting, manage website and social media, support fundraising and sponsorships, supervise staff, oversee Hall of Fame nominations, and coordinate external relations and promotional activities for Hartwick Athletics.

Provide operational support for Enrollment Management using the Slate CRM: run daily queries, update applicant records, import/export data, set up events, manage mailings, maintain documentation, cross-train staff, and perform general administrative tasks to support admissions processes and stakeholder use of the CRM.

Provide HR generalist support across the employee life cycle with emphasis on onboarding, HR operations, HRIS/payroll and applicant tracking systems, benefits administration, policy compliance, reporting, and employee relations. Maintain HR systems, coordinate orientations, assist with recruitment, process transitions, and support HR projects and campus events.
