Teams at Harts Plumbers, Electricians & HVAC Technicians

Follows up with homeowners on service quotes, answers questions, recommends appropriate plumbing, electrical, sewer, and HVAC solutions, and drives sales through high-volume calls, texts, and emails. Owns the sales pipeline, coordinates handoffs with technicians and installation crews, manages customer expectations, and supports retention through ongoing communication. Requires strong organization, communication, persistence, customer focus, and at least one year of phone-based sales, inside sales, or high-volume customer service experience.
