Presents findings to senior leaders and drives adoption of actionable insights. The role also manages priorities, deadlines, and a team of actuarial professionals.

Leads the East Region Employee Benefits Relationship Management organization, overseeing leaders and relationship professionals. Drives retention, growth, profitability, customer satisfaction, portfolio performance, talent development, and operational excellence. Establishes regional strategy, develops high-performing teams, strengthens customer and broker relationships, and partners cross-functionally with Sales, Underwriting, Claims, Product, Legal, and Operations. Uses performance analytics and enterprise tools to improve execution, governance, risk management, and customer outcomes.
