Provide remote litigation support for 2-3 California workers' compensation attorneys: prepare court documents, manage calendars and depositions, assist with trial preparation and discovery, maintain electronic files, handle high-volume document production, and perform general administrative tasks to support a paperless claims legal team.

As a Counsel for Commercial Transactions, you'll draft and negotiate technology agreements, partner with Procurement, and support AI vendor contracting. You'll maintain contracting resources and use tools to improve workflows.
