Leads HR programs including associate relations, policies, benefits, compensation, health and safety, leave management, performance, compliance, training, pay equity, and service recognition. Advises leaders, manages HR processes and legislative compliance, improves operations, supports engagement, and supervises an HR Coordinator. The role requires strong HR program expertise, retail-sector understanding, HRIS experience, advanced Excel skills, and knowledge of provincial employment legislation.

Lead luxury retail sales performance, customer experience, store operations, training, and team development. Drive KPIs, sales strategies, digital selling, scheduling, expense management, events, vendor relationships, and client retention. Coach and develop sellers and coaches, oversee hiring and onboarding, maintain health and safety protocols, and support company initiatives while ensuring exceptional in-store and online service.

Provides luxury menswear styling and sales services in-store and online. Builds repeat clientele through relationship-based selling, prepares personalized appointments, promotes loyalty programs, conducts follow-ups, and drives add-on sales. Supports merchandising and store maintenance while demonstrating fashion knowledge, exceptional customer service, teamwork, technology adoption, and participation in ongoing training.
