Owns commercial analytics reporting for pharmaceutical commercial operations, including KPI dashboards, territory performance tracking, brand trend analysis, data quality, ad hoc analysis, and incentive compensation support. Builds Power BI dashboards and data models using warehouse, pharmacy, and claims data. Partners with Commercial, Finance, and Market Access stakeholders, develops KPI definitions, supports executive decisions, and mentors junior analytics staff.

Perform QC microbiological testing and data review, manage stability studies and sample inventory, support environmental monitoring, investigations (OOS/OOT), CAPAs, and regulatory compliance under GMP/ICH/FDA standards.

Senior Systems Analyst responsible for analyzing and improving systems, designing AI-driven and automated solutions, implementing software, databases and integrations, overseeing testing and documentation, managing cross-functional projects, and providing advanced user training and technical guidance across the organization.
